Janet Irvin

I have completed a Bachelor of Science in Education in the area of Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Recreation and Fitness. My minor is in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis on Child Development and Nutrition. I am currently serving as the Employee Wellness Coordinator at the Oklahoma City-County Health Department. I really enjoy my job!

I started teaching group exercise at the age of 18. I have dedicated my life to teaching others about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, exercise and nutrition. In the years I have been in the health, wellness and nutrition industry it has given me the opportunity to work with people of all ages. I truly enjoy motivating others to work hard and challenging them to keep their bodies well through good nutrition and exercise.
