I have been a fitness instructor teaching spinning, body sculpting, jump-roping with some boxing moves and personal trainer since 2000. I started teaching yoga in 2001 and I just spent May of 2005 in an ashram getting my official 200 hour certification so that I can be registered with yoga alliance. In June of 2005 I added mat pilates to the classes that I teach. I do have a lot of energy...........I never stop moving. I am also very flexible with my approach, able to teach multi level classes from beginner to advanced with modifications and challenges to make everyone happy and successful. I can also teach meditation and I can counsel people on Ayurveda diet for energy and relaxation.
