I received my training at Columbia University's Aerobics Instructor Training Program, where I learned not only how to teach a fun, energetic class, but also how to adapt my class to the needs of just about anyone. My classes are exciting, full of great music and creative moves. I form a strong connection with my students, which motivates them to come back for more.
