My life of exercise began at 14 yrs old when I began running with a close friend. I continued running on a daily basis and completed my first marathon in 2000. My passion for running gave way to my love of cycling which I discovered in 2003. When my favorite cycling instructor at my local gym had to move, she encouraged me to become certified and take over her classes. I hesitantly agreed but soon found out how much I love group fitness, and I have been teaching ever since. I love motivating people and pushing them towards their fitness goals!
