Ashley's fitness journey began a little later in life. Growing up she was unathletic and lacked the desire to stay active. As years past Ashley realized it was time for a lifestyle change and started participating in group fitness classes, the rest is history and she has been addicted ever since.
Over the past few years she has finally found her place as a leader in group fitness and loves every minute of it. She teaches a wide variety of classes including: muscle conditioning, step aerobics, high/low, kick, spin and bootcamps. Aside from teaching classes Ashley also enjoys running and has completed several marathons.
Fitness has become a huge part of her daily life and overall well being. Ashley's goal is to help motivate and inspire others to incorporate fitness into their lives.
