With a strong dance background, Zoe was drawn to all around health and fitness at an early age. Being aware of your body and taking good care of it were strict priorities as a ballerina. Zoe came into Vinyasa in her early twenties and was immediately attracted to the dance-like quality of the movement. Through time and practice, she was amazed to find how yoga had completely changed her body and, even more so, her mind. Zoe brings a lot of joy, passion, and life to any workout. She believes that any workout should be fun, challenging, and inspirational. Zoe is dedicated to sharing the gift of yoga with all people from different walks of life both in the yoga studio and off the mat.
