Ginny Tudor

I am employed at UPS in Louisville, Ky. I have worked in the Airlines for 33 years. My passion has always been in fitness.   I currently teach an hour Spinning class everyday of the week and twice on weekends. They consist of several different fitness clubs around town. I also teach Aqua Fitness, barre, bootcamp and Row classes. I have two grown children Danielle (24) and Shelby (25). They are the love of my life. I love helping people reach teach potential and to motivate them in every way.
