Melissa Brink

I an a teacher of yoga, so i can express my passion for health - including, body, mind and soul. I am active, energetic and an optimistic in life and my practice. I aim to create classes that are challenging, relaxing and overall fun, to allow students to grow and flourish on their own time.  With over 450 registered training and workshop hours, I have a wide range of skills for classes including - Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Detox, Hatha, Kids, Seniors, Restorative in hot and regular temperature rooms.

I have been teaching yoga for just over a year, but have been a student of yoga for over 7. Previously to yoga, I swam competitively on my High Schools Swim Team and ran consistently. I am a goal oriented, driven individual who is always looking for something new, exciting and for experiences to teach me something about the world, and thus myself.

Other than yoga and fitness, I love to spend time with my Dog (Benjie), my Boyfriend Alex, and cook big delicious dinners. I am a horrible baker, but I keep trying to create the most delicious Banana Bread. This is a work in progress, and I will eventually get there.
