Tiffany Bourret-Meisner

I am a high school teacher, mother of two, and professional fitness instructor, who has taught a variety of fitness classes since I was a teenager! I have taught in big-name gyms, the city's Parks and Rec Department, and had my own business teaching Zumba and muscle conditioning, attracting more than 50 clients per class. I was also lucky to be able to participate in a fitness instructor vacation at a Royalton resort in Cuba, teaching Aquafit, Zumba, and Stretch classes and I would love to do this again in other countries! I currently teach Aquafit, HIIT, and dance based fitness classes for the City of St. Catharines and the City of Beamsville.
