Nicole Holovach

Nicole began practicing yoga in 2005 while she was in graduate school. Like many others, she was at first only interested in yoga for the physical benefits. But as her practice deepened and advanced, in addition to feeling stronger and more tone than ever, she began to notice changes in her mood, attitude, and outlook. She became a teacher to inspire others to practice yoga and spread the word that yoga is so much more than “just stretching.”

As a former competitive athlete, Nicole appreciates yoga’s lack of judgment and competiveness and she stresses that in her classes. She breaks down yoga poses with an emphasis on proper alignment. Her classes cultivate both energy and a sense of calm. She hopes her students will gain a better understanding and awareness of their own bodies and thought patterns.

Yoga falls in line perfectly with the holistic lifestyle that Nicole practices and teaches as a registered dietitian. She advises on weight loss and eating well for individual body types and constitutions.
