Amy has taught a variety of formats of cardio and strength classes throughout her 30 year fitness career.  Examples of classes that Amy has taught include: cardio kickboxing, kickboxing with weighted gloves and bars for striking, aqua (both in shallow and deep water), hi/low impact, boot camp, step, cycle, plyometrics, abs and core, as well as all strength formats with barbells, bands and all other equipment, TRX, Warrior Sculpt,  and Insanity.   

Amy has been teaching a variety of formats since she was 17 years old and loves to teach!  She has been active in group fitness classes since she was very young when her stepmother was an IDEA representative for the state of Virginia.

Amy loves empowering people in class and encouraging them to make more healthy lifestyle choices.  She has been teaching for many years and still dedicated as she was from the very beginning.
