I've been practicing yoga for as far back as I can recall. It has always been a part of my life. Recently, I did a yoga teacher training course in order to further my own practice and understanding of yoga and have been teaching ever since. I have been teaching for the past 4 years now and love doing it! I really enjoy meeting new people and assisting them with various poses. I enjoy helping them be in better mental and physical health. I also love instructing family and friends whenever possible and have been known to roll out the mats for an unexpected occasional group class :)
