Amy Thomas

I have lived in the Cincinnati, Ohio area my entire life.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies from Miami University and a master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in Criminal Justice.  I have worked in the social service field for the past 10 years and in January, 2009 I decided to make a career change.  In March, 2010 I became an ACE certified personal trainer.  I also hold a certification in Group Fitness and Indoor Cycling from AFAA.  I have been instructing a group circuit since March, 2010 in Glendale, Ohio.
