I have been a personsonal trainer for about 2 yrs working at the Lima, Ohio family Ymca. I am also currently seeking my degree in Physical Therapy at Rhodes State College. I am Les Mills certified in Bodypump, and kettlebell pump as well. I live and breathe exercise and training, I have specialized training thru CATCH in childrens fitness.
