I have been in the group exercise field for nearly 20 years.  I have been teaching at the YMCA of Long Island for the past 6 years and Body and Soul Fitness and Wellness Center for 5 years.  High Energy Group Exercise is my specialty including dance aerobics, step aerobics, strength training, and cycling.  I am a certified personal trainer.  I am also an instructor of pilates and triathlon training.
