Previously I was a manager in development, administration and operations of fitness and medical programs and facilities within the pharmaceutical industry.
My personal health and fitness goals for greater flexibility and strength, as well as weight control, led me to Pilates and inspired me to explore it more, to come to a deeper understanding of the human body, it the impact Pilates can have on your total body fitness.
