“My love of movement started at the age of 3 when I participated in my first dance class. After many years of competitive dance, and a knee injury, I decided to move into team sports. I have participated in flag football, ruby, and more recently developed a love for boxing. I believe that movement is a medicine for creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental well-being. For the past six years, I have been teaching group exercise classes and helping my clients attain the goals. I specialize in boxing, weight loss, and making training fun. With my athletic background and my education in Fitness and Lifestyle Management (George Brown College), I have the knowledge and the confidence to help you achieve, sustain, and transcend beyond your fitness goals. “
