I have been in the Fitness Industry over 20 years.  Account Manager for Mademoiselle (Ladies Club) to Night Manager at Gold's Gym and trainer.  Aquatic instructor for 11 years, Land instructor 7 years, and PT business 6 years ago.  I travel gym to gym to train clients, and have several trainers in this network.  I am the Community Fitness Specialist at NKC Hospital and have been here for 10 years. Organizing land and water, personal training, and massage therapy.
