I have been involved in the fitness industry since I was 17. I instruct Zumba, group fitness classes, Spin, Tai Chi Fit Mountain Biking and cooking. I am a Certified Natural Cook and Wellness Coach specializing in Nutritional Therapy.
I'm adament about making fitness fun as well as very concerned with safety and efficiency. Zumba Dance is my favorite class to teach as the music inspires and motivates me. I love the smiles and joy I see on students faces as they Zumba Dance. All exercise should be this fun!
