Kimi Hori has been working as a trainer since 1994 in private clubs, corporate settings, and in-home. She has also been teaching group exercise since 1999. Her experience ranges from training professional athletes to general fitness, weight loss, and special populations. Her specialties are functional training and working with the special population including spinal rehab, diabetics, pre- and post-rehab, and pre- and postnatal, people with arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons, and various forms of cancer.
Kimi encourages progressively challenging the mind and body and to improve quality of life through functional and conventional training coupled with flexibility and core exercises. She motivates and educates so “staying active” remains a lifestyle.
