I am a long time fitness enthusiast and personal trainer. I am an avid weight lifter. I am the proud mother of a beautiful athletic 13 yr old cheerleader. I'm happily married. I love to travel and I love people. I enjoy helping my clients reach their fitness goals in a fun yet intense way. I'm creative about fitness and always learning new exercises and equipment.
