I started teaching Group Exercise classes 12 years ago. I started teaching at the YMCA. I now teach classes Monday-Saturday at the YMCA, All Star Fitness, and 24 Hour Fitness. Teaching group fitness classes is a passion of mine. It is a priveledge to be able to see members on their fitness journey. Its a joy to motivate the class and challenge them. Each time I teach a class I am inspired by what I see people over come. It is a priority for me to keep my class fun, and inovative. I have taught many different formats to include, spin, bodypump, step, bosu, sculpt, hi/low, circut, drums alive, pilates and turbokickboxing. I would love the oppertunity to teach elsewhere and challenge those who seek it.
