I have been passionate about health and wellness my entire life.  My mom was an aerobic instructor, and she had the fun opportunity of training with Jane Fonda.  Although I led a life of personal accountability to a strong fitness program, I did not enter the industry as a professional until my son was born in 1997.  His birth motivated me to use my passion as a means of income which would allow me to spend a lot of time at home with him.  Throughout the years, I have been grateful to receive outstanding training and exposure to the latest and greatest fitness trends.  There are many class formats that I am able to teach: Kickboxing, Step, Pilates, Yoga, PowerFlex, BOSU, Core, Toning and Strength Conditioning, Boot Camp, and Circuit. I have been teaching yoga for 9 years.  Yoga is my love in the fitness world.  I also teach core/functional strength.  I am amazed at the testimonies that I hear from my students on how this training has improved their quality of life.  The people in my classes make my work rewarding and inspiring.
