Mandie is an extreme fitness and health enthusiast. She grew up playing many sports including soccer, basketball and volleyball and continues to maintain a high level of physical activity today. Besides hitting the gym, Mandie has become a regular participant in bootcamps, kickboxing, running, swimming, and is a huge yoga enthusiast. Mandie’s first start in fitness instructing began in highschool when she taught aquafitness classes and swimming lessons. Her education now includes an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University in Canada and several fitness instruction courses. Mandie has ran her own fitness business since 2011 which included Personal Training clients, running her own outdoor Bootcamp classes and teaching various fitness classes throughout Toronto including strength training, aerobics and yoga. From 2012-2013, Mandie also competed in 3 fitness competitions in which she finished in the top 3 in all competitions, including 2 first place awards. Mandie actively studies nutrition and healthy eating on her own and incorporates all of this knowledge into her own lifestyle of healthy living. Mandie looks forward to providing her future clients with an excellent workout!
