I am an extremely motivated and talented pilates instructor. I have been trained and certified in beginning, intermediate and advanced classical New York style pilates. I have an extremely diverse client list and have been teaching some for over 2 years. I love what I do and it makes me happy to teach people to have a healthy, strong, beautiful body.
