Kaja Lafleur

I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer in Lafayette, LA, and I reside in Youngsville,LA.  I am also a mother of four children, one boy, three girls,and I help run my husband's medical practice.  I dabble in photography and jewelry making.  However, the older my children get, the less time I have for my hobbies.  I absolutely LOVE teaching classes, and helping people enjoy their workouts!  I love going to fitness conventions and absorbing as much information as I can! It's like vacation for me! 

I would like to open up my own wellness facility one day, along side my husband and his dream to help monitor his high risk patients.  Right now a dream, tomorrow a reality!!
