Diane is a fitness and wellness professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. She holds certifications in Group Exercise, Personal Training and is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor and teaches a wide variety of fitness classes.

Diane began her career in fitness out of a deep love for movement and the joy of sharing that with others. Over the years, she expanded her career to help firefighters, kids, seniors and underserved communities find confidence and enjoyment in yoga, kickboxing, muscle, and other fitness classes.

Diane teaches Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga and Gentle Flow Yoga and Iron Yoga with an emphasis on self-discovery and breathwork in practice.  She guides students to find joy in the present moment and increase connection to mind, body, breath and heart space.

Diane is passionate about creating inclusive experiences that welcome all levels of participants to find beauty and fun in their yoga practice.
