I have been teaching fitness since 1995.  It is truly a passion of mind and I aspire to be a full time fitness professional.  I love teaching classes and I love changing people lives.  I first got into fitness when I reached 250 pounds.  I started with just low impact aerobics.  In 3 short months, I had lost more than 30 pounds.  I realized something that I never thought was possible; I love working out!  Within a year, I was teaching classes and had shed more than 50 pounds.  People started looking up to me and I loved how people responded to me.  I realized that music made the class and it was my personal goal to put together the best music and have the best classes in my area.  I eagerly got trained in many formats and quickly started packing my classes.  Today I have been trained in over 10 formats and currently average over 50 people per class.  I am considered one of the best instructors in my area.  Many people travel distances just to take my classes.  Since so many people were looking up to me, I decided to get my personal training certification and immediately started training clients.  I am proud to say that my clients have lost over 500 pounds in the 2 short years I've been training.  It will be such an honor for me to travel the world while continuing to inspire others through my passion in fitness.
