Bernadette Noonan

I have my bachelors degree in exercise physiology and am currently pursuing my Health Fitness Specialist ACSM certification.  I have worked in various fields (including commercial and corporate fitness, speed and agility, and physical therapy) and have worked with many different types of clients (from athletes to the elderly teaching Silver Sneakers classes)  I heard about this program from another instructor Alie Vidich and thought it would be a great opportunity to teach classes while on vacation.  I love teaching fitness classes, especially any type of sculpt or boot camp style class.
