I began teaching full time yoga in 2008, and since then have taught hundreds of classes in every style. I teach all levels, all ages, and all personalities. We all share a common goal. To feel good! That's what yoga helps you connect with. Feeling good. Yoga can be practiced for your whole life. It's something you can really weave into your lifestyle at any age, in any condition.
For me, I continue to practice with many different teachers and continue to learn and grow with yoga so I can give more to my students.
I love to incoporate core strength into every yoga class, and also some amazing stretches for your whle body. Yoga will help you become strong, flexible, balanced, curious and connected.
