After discovering Pilates in 2002, I began enthusiastically sharing the functional benefits with everyone I knew.
I began self studying anatomy and breathing practice and shortly after completed the Pilates Instructor Training program led by Ruth Dargan, a respected Yogi and Kinesiologist in the Durham, Ontario area.
I have taught mat and reformer sessions, including prenatal, back rehabilitation and am familiar with small props.
I continue to self study the various methodologies of Pilates and assisted with developing the postural assessment program at East Village Yoga studio.
