I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years. It has helped me develop physically, mentally and emotionally. Yoga has been an integral part of my personal path of discovery. In 2009 my yoga instructor approached me with the suggestion that I become certified to teach and led me in the direction to make that happen. Later that year she announced that she was moving out of state and highly recommended me to the Fitness Director as an instructor. I have been instructing the yoga class there ever since. I also have taken classes and volunteered in the Teen Center to introduce teens to the many benefits of yoga. My life revolves around the yoga lifestyle and I love to share what I have learned and what I continue to learn about the unlimited benefits of yoga.
