I have been in the Wellness Industry for ten years as a professional and for twenty plus as an avid fitness enthusiast. My business acumen has allowed me to grow my resume of clients that include a multitude of fitness levels. My experience includes one-to-one personal training, coaching and wellness mentoring. In addition, I teach Step Aerobics, Spin, Total Body Conditioning, Boot Camps and Pilates. Soon, I will have finished a 200 hour yoga training program and will begin teaching yoga classes. My area of concentration will be Bikram and Hatha classes, however, I will also be certified in Restorative yoga. I dedicate time each day toward wellness and fitness for both myself and others. I have had articles published in our local paper on wellness, have participated in college forums on fitness and personal self-care and reside on private school system's Wellness Board. I am an avid reader on materials published by the American College of Sports Medicine and keep abreast of their latest research. I view the body as a whole and incorporate both fitness and relaxation into my class structures. I create all of my own material and class content, always being mindful of class participants and their capabilities. I would truly enjoy the opportunity to join your team and bring my expertise to others. I love meeting new people and inspiring them to be their personal best.
