Hi my name is Mel and I have been in the health and wellness field for ten years. I started teaching Pilates and yoga during my lunch break at first then I decided to go back to school to nurture my passion for fitness. I took nutrition, coaching courses and of course exercise and sports related courses. I am now certified in Zumba and teach 5 times a week. My classes are fun, hip and sexy and participants of all ages have an amazing time. I also spend about 20 hours a week training clients from all walks of life and am currently appling for a health and fitness coordinator position. Fitness is in my blood and I want to inspire that passion in others.
