Hi, I'm JEN and my husband and I are the owners of Roc City Hoopdance. I struggled my entire life with my weight, tipping the scales at almost 300lbs after my son was born in March 2009. Keith has the same story. Sept 2009 I was finally ready to make a lifestyle change, but I wanted something fun to do, that I looked forward to. That’s when I discovered an amazing company called Hoopnotica and began to Find Myself in the Hoop®. Fast forward to today, and I have lost 140lbs and counting!! I have been hooping almost every day since 2009 and it has changed my life. completely. Keith has lost over 100lbs as well!
