Created in 2004~ the SCULPTmoves™ Fitness Small Group Exercise Program and opened a Small Group Personal Training Studio for women in Texas in 2006. Launched in 2008 at Conferences Nationwide, the SCULPTmoves™ Fitness Program and a new training method called The TOWELmoves™ Workout *Totally *Outlandish *Workout *Everyone *Loves! Also, I am on the Power Music Advisory Board, Master Trainer for COREPOLE Resistance Training, NATS Total E Fit Gym and the Gliding Disc Exercise Program.
