Kristin Krall

Yoga Bio: Kristin's inner creative force draws her to Vinyasa (flow) Yoga; it appeals to a calling to help find her students' unique inner strengths and complements her own artistic work as singer, dancer, and actress. Yoga has been a beautiful means for her to build physical strength and become more attuned to the Breath Body, while the creative sequencing of the Vinyasa style blends well with Kristin's artistic inner voice. Kristin, received her 200 Hour Teaching Certificate from Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in NYC under the generous guidance of Alison Cramer and Stacey Brass. She currently teaches both children and adults throughout Manhattan in group and private settings. Her classes are a creative blend of linking the physical body with the breath-body (life force)- using a mix of asanas, pranayama, meditation, energy of the city, music, and more.
