I have been practicing yoga for well over 20 years and have been teaching yoga for 13 years now. I am an experienced registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance with over 250 hours of classtime and practicum experience. I teach both Ashtanga and vinyasa yoga to a variety of different levels and encourage both the physical and mental practice of yoga. I am also an all levels Texas certified physical education instructor. Ten years ago,I created and implemented a physical education class for high school students which incorporated body weight exercises and yoga with a mindfulness approach. Helping people work towards self-care and overall health is something I enjoy.
