Hello! I am a certified spinning instructor living and teaching in Cincinnati, OH. I have been spinning for over 6 years and teaching for several months. I love health and fitness. In my freetime, I enjoy listening to new music to create fun and exciting spin rides. When I'm not working out or preparing to teach a class, I work full-time as a school psychologist.
