I am AFAA certified as a group fitness instructor.

I have taught sculpting classes for 3 years.  I have taught a general sculpting class as well as speciality classes.  I taught a class called "Max Muscle" where I would focus on specific muscle groups for 4 minute intervals.  I also taught a class called "Rock Bottom", which focused on legs and core.

For the past year I have been teaching a class called "Group Power".  This is a choreographed trength training class featuring the barbell.  It is produced by Body Training Systems.  The company sends out a video of the class and I learn the choreography for the class.  New rounds are realeased every three months.

I am Gold certified in TurboKick for having exemplary form and execution. I taught TurboKick for 2 years.

I am a very upbeat instructor.  I am known for my energy, enthuism, and big smile during class.
