I am a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with an exercise physiology degree. I have my own personal training business called TrueFit Training which I opened with my best friend. Wanting to stay close to the Rutgers environment, I accepted a job as a yoga instructor at one of their new facilities.
