Colleen Coffey-Melchiorre

My name is Colleen and I have been teaching group fitness for 2.5 years. I love helping people learn and grow into the best versions of themselves. Outside of teaching fitness, I am doctoral level researcher, mother, wife, and volunteer. I can relate to busy schedules, long hours, and lack of motivation. I feel that my clients keep coming back because I am relatable, approachable, and challenging.
