Personal training is my true passion! I've been working with clients and a ton of success retaining and motivating clients to achieve goals that didn't think possible when they signed up for their training program. Physical activity and fitness are not just my job, they are my lifestyle. I lead a very active life with personal fitness as a high priority. Leading by example has always been my goal.
