I have been teaching group fitness since 2006, where I began teaching kickboxing based on my martial arts experience. I am a Madd Dog Athletics Certified Instructor(2008), Waterart Group Fitnes Instructor (2010). My love for fitness has only grown stronger and I always look forward to learning more through research and education. I've recently become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, on top of my Group Fitness Certification through ACE, and I thorougly enjoy the opportunities it has opened for me to help other people. I truly believe that not only does exercise reduce stress, but it aids us in our every day lives to become healthier.
