Rebecca Iverson is a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. She received her certification after completing the required Kundalini Yoga Classes, White Tantric Yoga 8 Hour Meditation event at Summer Solstice , and the 200+ hour Level 1 Teacher's Training weekend intensives at Sage Hills Yoga in Cedar City Utah with the inspiring and amazing teachers Harijiwan, Erin and Tej all from Los Angeles California. Rebecca is otherwise known as her spiritual name Parampurkh Kaur means that you have the potential to be the greatest beloved of God, God in you and everywhere. You can be the truth of your soul and serve others to help them to do the same. Parampurkh is a Utah native being born and growing up in Delta Utah she has expanded her horizons in living in Fullerton California and Mesa Arizona but was drawn back to live in the beautiful and captivating Utah where she finds the land and community full of magic and peace. She loves to hike and take pictures, but is most passionate about the technology of Kundalini Yoga. She considers her Kundalini Teacher's Training one of the most profound life changing experiences in this lifetime. She has made it her personal mission is to share the healing, peace, and happiness that this technology has brought to her own life.
