I am a 29 year old vegan personal trainer & group fitness instructor. My life revolves around family and fitness. I love to run, cycle, weight train and spend time with my family. I have been teaching group fitness since 2008 and absolutely love it. I decided to follow my passion for fitness and dedicate myself fully by becoming a personal trainer last year. I enjoy working with my clients everyday to help them achieve their goals. I currently teach yoga, indoor cycling, and bootcamp (personal favorite) as well as substitute various other classes in addition to personal training.
