Over the past 35 years I have been involved with mentoring, coaching and fitness training with amateur and semi professional sports teams. I have worked with individuals both youth and adults, led a Lululemon walk/run program as well as a morning mall walk and stretch group. All sessions are designed for the fitness level of the paticipant. It will be a fun but challenging environment. Each session will involve all the basic elements of fitness that are needed to play sports or for every day living.
