I have enjoyed sharing fitness with people from many walks of life since 1991. I enjoy the benefits people receive from losing weight, de-stressing, feeling more energetic, rehabilitation from injuries or just enjoying socializing and having fun in a fitness environment. It is rewarding to feel that people treasure their time in my classes and keep coming back for more! I have made many connections and friendships through exercise and looking forward to many more years of sharing.
