Lisa McKenna

Lisa has been practicing Yoga and Meditation for more than 10 years. She has explored numerous Yoga and Meditation techniques in India, Japan, China and Canada. Lisa traveled to India to complete her Yoga Teacher Training and is forever grateful to all of her amazing teachers in Nasik, India. Her training also includes Pre-Natal Teacher Training and Yoga for Runners Teacher Training with Christine Felsted in Toronto. Lisa's style is influenced by practicing and studying Hatha, Ashtanga, Moksha and Vinyasa.  Lisa's personal practice is very important to her. She uses Yoga as a process of continual learning and growth; an ever present philosophy of total personality development. Yoga is never complete, it is always changing; she is forever transforming. Her own journey with Yoga has shown her that it has a profound impact on every aspect of our being and that the practice of Asana (postures) helps us blossom into our most beautiful and complete selves on and off the mat. The inward focus of Yoga allows us to connect with and recognize the inner light that we ALL carry within. Lisa hopes to touch the hearts of her students and introduce them to a world of physical, emotional and spiritual balance. May all beings be happy!
