Hi, my name is Kim and I am an activity and adrenaline junkie! My journey with fitness began as a kid wanting to do everything and trying every sport available to me. As an adult, I took off some time from my love of fitness to raise my 6 beautiful children. After having the fifth child, I decided I needed to make fitness a priority again and began kicking myself back into the best shape of my life. In my journey to be the best me, I found the love of motivating others and I turned it into a career and life. I coach my 14 year old twin daughters' select soccer team and find any reason to be outdoors and moving my body. My certifications come from A.C.E. as a Personal Trainer and the National YMCA that includes Bosu and TRX. I have been trained by a Master Kettle Bell trainer, Linda Freeman and have also been trained in Hula Hooping as a form of cardio and strength training. I have surrounded a life and family around me that includes fitness and want to extend it to my vacation time and sharing my passion with others while they are on vacation.
